DAN LATHAM
CHEF

Chef Dan Latham, made a name for himself in notable establishments in New York City, followed by his own immensely popular Latham House.

A true new yorker and from a family of chefs, his own culinary journey was ignited by his passion for the city's diverse food scene. Drawing inspiration from his upbringing in Upstate New York, Chef Latham cherishes memories of skilled family cooks and joyous gatherings. 

Now, Chef Latham is excited to bring his expertise and elevated comfort cuisine to The Table at 3 Acres in Jersey City.

Jefferson Barragan is an accomplished industry veteran and seasoned manager, bringing a wealth of experience to his role at The Table Restaurant. With a career spanning over two decades including as a director of operations for Sugar Factory's renowned Broadway and Queens establishments, he understands seamless operations and is passionate about exceptional guest experiences at any size.

Paul's journey in the restaurant industry began in acting school and as a necessity to make ends meet, but it didn't take long for him to discover the hidden beauty of hospitality and in the realm of bartending where he soon found a passion for the intricate craft of mixology. 10 years later Paul is a seasoned beverage manager and mixologist still captivated by the art that harmonizes ingredients and people alike.
